DELANO PLAYGROUND BUILD SCHEDULED FOR APRIL 25, 2009 It
starts with a playground!!! You
can join California Volunteers (Governor's Office on Volunteerism), Kaboom, an
organization dedicated to providing playground build projects for local
communities, City of Delano and the Volunteer Center of Kern County in a
special project to be held on No construction

Thursday Night Bingo Every Thursday evening we are hosting BINGO to benefit the Volunteer Center at Westchester Hall, located at 2801 F Street. Warm Ups start at 5 p.m., with Early Birds at 6 p.m. and Regular Games at 6:30 p.m. There will be special giveaways/door prizes every night, with the Early Bird and Regular Games jackpots at $250 Support local volunteer efforts and have a fun time doing it playing Bingo. Call 395-9787 for more info. Volunteers floor workers and Bingo callers are needed each week. |
